The Advantages and Disadvantages of E-working: An Examination using an ALDINE Analysis

Objectives: Working remotely comes with significant pros and cons different demands for individuals or teams. E-working has been the object of much interest, but there little research on statistical difference between its advantages disadvantages. Research Question: Is a them? Methods: The present research, however, goes one step further identifies them. Firstly, we evaluated positive negative aspects meta-analysis 20 studies and, secondly, used non-parametric test, namely Wilcoxon Rank Test, analysis across cons. Findings: We found that e-working provides more than ones. A binomial test showed most (more 50%) mention flexibility, productivity efficiency, satisfaction WLB as benefits. Novelty/improvement:E-working is triple win option. There are many to working remotely, this method work does not suit everyone. Our results provide building blocks complete theoretical practical treatment future.
